To ensure we constantly make the best service available to you, we’ve promised to keep our prices permanently low. We achieve this through streamlining the order and production process, to provide a package that’s fast, easy to use and most of all efficient. To help us maintain this, we ensure all files we receive are processed in the same manner to avoid costly problems both whilst and after your job has been on press.
We recommend you read through the guidelines on how to setup and format your artwork. Providing you follow these steps, your files will be accepted and your order processed swiftly. In the event we discover an error with your files, you will be sent an email informing you of the problem. Your order will be held until we receive the correctly amended files, which could affect your turnaround time.
We offer a comprehensive Artwork Checking Service completely free of charge. We check that your document:
Matches the specification of your order
Has the correct colour model
Has no unnecessary printing plates present
Has the correct resolution and size
Has adequate ‘bleed’
Has no missing fonts
Has met our requirements for maximum ink coverage
If these are ok, we go to print. Please be aware that we are unable to check for:
Spelling or Grammatical errors
Corrupted Fonts
Corrupted Images
We are also unable to provide a reprint if your file fails to print as expected due to failure on your part in correctly setting up the document.
